Create a named Skillset repository.

## Usage

```text
skillset create [name] [--root <parent-directory>] [--yes] [--targets claude,codex,cursor] [--include ci] [--json]
```

## Options

| Option | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| `--include <value>...` | Include an optional setup scaffold component; `ci` is the only component. |
| `--json` | Emit exactly one versioned finite JSON result document. |
| `--root <value>` | Select the parent directory for the new repository; defaults to cwd. |
| `--targets <value>` | Select the initial provider set for the new workspace. |
| `--yes` | Confirm a fully specified plan-first mutation without prompting. |
