- 9175b61: Publish the complete Bun-targeted CLI as `@skillset/cli`, keep the transitional unscoped bundle byte-identical, and expose `skillset --version` as a shared distribution smoke contract.
- 131525d: Make the unscoped `skillset` package a Node launcher for lockstep native platform packages so npm global installs no longer require Bun.
- a55bf43: Remove the unused `skillset-toolkit` executable and route generated runtime-context hooks through `skillset hooks context`.
